Comprehensive consideration of pipeline capacity and loss and other heating costs, with the factory price of 5,000 kcal standard coal price in September 2017 above 750 yuan/ton (including tax) as the basis, on July 16, 2017, on the basis of the price adjustment notice are increased by 10 yuan/ton.
