According to the price adjustment method in Article 2 of the steam supply pricing scheme of Huachuan group attached to the minutes of consultation on steam supply price pricing of Yinan central heating project on March 9, 2016: for each increase or decrease of 30 yuan / ton of coal price, the heating price shall be increased or decreased by 5 yuan / ton, and no adjustment shall be made for less than 30 yuan.

Comprehensive pipeline capacity and loss heating costs, as well as considering the heating situation of steam households, are now based on the 5,000 kcal standard coal price of about 1050 yuan/ton (including tax), and are raised by 5 yuan/ton on the basis of the price adjustment notice on August 1, 2023.

The specific price is as follows (the total loss is borne by Huachuan group):

Note: 1. The price adjustment notice shall be implemented from 8 a.m. on October 25, 2023

          2. All central heating users implement the price plan in the above table and adjust according to the coal-steam linkage mechanism.

          3. If the coal price is lower than the benchmark price of 500 yuan/ton, the price difference of 4 yuan per level for steam consumption above 5000 tons will be changed to 3 yuan.

          4. If the heat consumption of the user is less than 15% of the declared amount per month, it will be charged at a rate of 15%.
