Project site selection
The project is located in the existing thermal power plant of Zhejiang Huachuan Industrial Group Co., Ltd. To the east of the boundary is Yinan paper, to the south is a hillside, and to the other side is farmland. To the west is Yiwu garbage power plant, and to the north is Huachuan paper.
Construction scale and content
This project is a technical transformation and pollution control project. It is planned to add 6 drying production lines to treat 600 tons of industrial (paper making, printing and dyeing, etc.) and municipal sludge per day, and reduce the moisture content of sludge from 80% to 40%. The dried sludge will be sent to a new dedicated 90 t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler (mixed with coal and biogas collected by Huachuan sewage treatment plant) for incineration by fully sealed conveyor, and the steam generated will be equipped with a 12 MW extraction and coagulation turbine and a 15 MW generator unit Build two new centrifugal air compressors driven by back pressure steam turbine with single unit output (one 600m3 / min, the other 1000m3 / min), 350nm3 / min standby electric centrifugal air compressor and two 450nm3 / min drying equipment, which are mainly used for Geely Automobiles project and industrial users such as compressed air in the group, two 3 million kcal / h lithium bromide refrigeration units, and a new 18000m3 / h cooling tower.
